Welcome to The Quays. We are the first established residential body corporate in the beautiful Emerald Lakes estate featuring 113 lots which consist of a mixture of apartments, townhouses, villas and two apartment buildings. The Quays is one of the most sought after body corporates to reside in, in Emerald Lakes.
The body corporate has created this website to provide up to date information to our residents.
We encourage The Quays community to work together, help each other and be involved in "what is happening" in Emerald Lakes.
North Quay
North Quay includes properties on The Boulevard and Central Place.
Situated at the north entrance to Emerald Lakes boasting some of the original residences built with a French influence unique to Emerald Lakes.
South Quay
South Quay includes properties on Quays South Drive and Everglade Avenue.
Located at the south entrance to the estate, you will find French inspired townhouses and villas.
Pool and BBQ Area
Located in South Quay is the body corporates pool and BBQ area with tables and chairs. This area is for exclusive use of Quays residents and their guests.
This is a fantastic space to entertain. There is no requirement to book a BBQ, however residents are obligated to ensure they leave the BBQ's and area clean after using. Seafood must not be left in the bins. There are toilets and a fresh water shower in this area.
Committee
Our committee is made up of energetic, forward thinking residents. We are working hard to make sure maintenance of buildings in The Quays is kept up to date and take pride in keeping residents abreast of what is happening in The Quays.
