Over the past 2 years, extensive repairs and maintenance that have been neglected by past committees have been addressed and continue to be addressed however due to years of neglect and lack of action levies will rise to allow the committee to continue its repair and maintenance programme. The present committee has had its fair share of criticism however most residents appreciate the work the committee has achieved.
ELM ( Ben and Jess ) have been looking after the Quays common property areas, sometimes in very difficult weather conditions and are also residents and raising their family in Emerald Lakes. Negotiations between ELM and the committee have satisfied the committee and to maintain continuity the committee encourages all lot owners to vote YES to the extension of their agreement
